- Understanding of one or more programming languages - Python preferred but R also accepted
- A strong academic record - ideally with a degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or another quantitative field

- People who want to learn more about business, but with no requirement for specific business experience – you will learn what you need at OC&C

THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

- Online Test – 2 parts (Part 1 – 30 minute numerical & logical reasoning test. Part 2 – one-way video assessment)
- Online Python/R Coding Test
- 1st Round Interviews - 2 x 30-minute virtual interviews with Analytics Team
- 2nd Round Interviews - 2 x 45-minute in-person case study interviews with Associate Partners & Partners
